JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable remote assistant to help manage customer messages online. Your main role is to reply to inquiries quickly, answer basic questions, and guide potential customers to visit our store or book an appointment.

Responsibilities:
-Reply to customer messages on time.
-Provide clear, friendly answers.
-Encourage customers to come to the store or confirm appointments.
-Keep daily communication logs and report results to the manager.

Requirements:
-written English communication skills
-Fast and consistent response time
-Positive attitude and customer-friendly tone
-Stable internet connection
-NEED TO HAVE IPHONE (Any generation)
-FEMALE APPLICANT ONLY
-Able to work during Los angles (PST) hours, Manila time 12am to 7am or 9am-4pm

Compensation:
High base pay after training (first week) commission PLUS base Salary.
commission for each customer who visits or purchases
Performance bonuses for top results
