We're a growing SEO agency specializing in local businesses and e-commerce brands. Our US-based team values data-driven strategies, open communication, and continuous improvement. We're looking for a leader to scale our SEO operations and mentor our team.

The Role

You'll own SEO strategy, execution, and team development. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll guide specialists, optimize campaigns, and help shape our agency's future. Long-term growth opportunity for the right person.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute SEO strategies for local clients
Lead, mentor, and train SEO specialists
QA deliverables and create performance reports for clients
Manage backlink budgets and digital PR campaigns
Build content strategies and Google Business Profile optimization plans
Test new tactics, analyze results, and improve our SOP
Collaborate with founder and team leads
What You Need

5+ years in SEO and 2+ years leading teams
Proven results ranking local businesses
Strong technical SEO skills (site structure, Core Web Vitals, schema, indexing)
Experience managing backlink budgets and PR outreach campaigns
Deep knowledge of local SEO, GBP, and map pack strategy
Proficiency with SemRush, Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, and GTM
Excellent communication and project management skills
Strategic problem-solver with a collaborative, team-first approach
What We Offer

Salary: R$60,000-80,000 per month (based on experience) + performance bonuses
