JOB TITLE: Mortgage Loan Processors
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Office Setting (ONSITE)
REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to the Team Leader, Supervisor and Manager.
SALARY: Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
PAY RANGE: Php 18,000 minimum to Php 35,000 maximum.
LOCATION: Ortigas, Pasig City
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time
SCHEDULE: Fixed Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift (graveyard or morning shift)

Mortgage Loan Processors play an important role in the home loan process. They review and verify loan applications, check that all documents are complete, and coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters to ensure loans are processed smoothly and on time. Their work helps improve efficiency, customer experience, and overall business success.

Responsibilities

*Review loan applications and confirm all required documents are complete.
*Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and other parties to gather information.
*Check credit reports and review financial details to confirm eligibility.
Prepare loan files for underwriting and ensure all requirements are met.
*Monitor loan application status and provide updates as needed.
*Identify and resolve any issues or missing information.
*Keep accurate and organized records based on company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

*Basic understanding of mortgage lending processes (training will be provided).
*Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field is an advantage.
*Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
*Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
*Able to use mortgage software and Microsoft Office applications.
*Good communication and teamwork skills.
*Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
*Problem-solving skills and a professional approach with customers.
*Willing to work the assigned schedule, which may be graveyard or morning shift.
