Google Ads & Google Tags Assistant

I am hiring a Google Ads and Google Tag Manager specialist to work as my assistant. I am the main paid media person in the company. Your job is to follow my Google Ads Settings checklist (PDF and Google Sheet) for each account, keep everything clean and accurate, and handle the technical setup so I can focus on strategy and scaling.

Main responsibilities
• Use my Google Ads Settings checklist for every account and update the sheet as you complete or flag items
• Go through every tab of the checklist and make sure the account matches it
• Set up and verify linked products such as GA4, Search Console, Google Business Profile, YouTube, Merchant Center and others when needed
• Review access and security, remove old users, fix permissions and confirm 2 step verification
• Configure account preferences, notifications, content suitability and safety settings
• Set up and troubleshoot Google Ads tags, GA4 events and remarketing tags inside Google Tag Manager
• Build and organize audiences and segments and apply them correctly to campaigns
• Review shared library items like negative keyword lists, placement exclusions, shared budgets and assets
• Check bidding related settings such as bid strategies, seasonality adjustments and data exclusions
• Audit all conversion tracking including tags, values, primary or secondary status, attribution, windows and enhanced conversions
• Document everything inside the checklist and send short written updates or Loom videos when something is broken or missing

Requirements
• Solid hands on experience with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Proven experience fixing tracking, conversion and remarketing issues
• Very detail oriented and comfortable working through long checklists and spreadsheets
• Reliable, organized and able to follow instructions closely
• Good written English and clear communication
• Stable internet and ability to work with screen share and Loom
