PROJECT MANAGER / INTEGRATOR / SOP BUILDER

We are a fast-growing U.S. company operating in roofing, solar, waterproofing, real estate, and B2B services. We need a highly organized Project Manager / Integrator who can turn ideas into systems, streamline operations, and build SOPs for multiple departments.

This role is for someone who can manage people, tasks, workflows, and documentation with precision.

Your Role
Build clear SOPs, workflows, and documentation
Turn company processes into step-by-step systems
Manage projects inside ClickUp (tasks, deadlines, dependencies)
Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure on-time execution
Organize information, files, and procedures
Improve efficiency and streamline operations
Track KPIs and report progress weekly

Requirements
Strong experience as a Project Manager or Integrator
Expert in ClickUp (or similar PM tools)
Excellent English communication
Experience creating SOPs and process maps
Highly organized, structured, and proactive
Comfortable managing multiple moving parts
Able to take big ideas and convert them into action plans

Bonus:
Experience with roofing/solar/real estate or agency work
Experience handling remote teams
Experience documenting technical processes

Work & Compensation
Full-time (40 hrs/week)
