Summary
We are a real estate investment company buying on-market BRRRR, rental, and seller-finance deals.
We need a Negotiator + Dispositions VA who can talk to agents, send offers, follow up daily, and help move deals to closing.
This role is communication-heavy — not admin, not data entry.
? Your Responsibilities
1. Agent Negotiations
Call agents about MLS/Privy leads (no cold leads)
Build rapport + gather info
Present cash + seller-finance offer options
Follow up daily (calls/text/email)
Track counteroffers
Push deals through negotiation stages
2. Offer Prep + Sending
Use our templates to send:
cash offers
terms/seller-finance offers
Log offers + updates in our CRM
Coordinate revisions with acquisitions
3. Dispositions
Build and update cash buyer list
Market contracts to buyers
Take buyer calls + answer questions
Schedule walkthroughs / access
Coordinate with escrow/title
Keep CRM clean and deal stages updated
4. Daily Reporting
Simple daily update:
Calls made
Follow-ups
Offers sent
Hot leads
Issues to resolve

Excellent spoken and written English
Comfortable on the phone (professional, confident tone)
Experience talking to real estate agents OR investors
Understands basic offer structures
Can follow scripts but also speak naturally
Organized with strong follow-up habits
Stable internet + quiet workspace

Experience with seller-finance / creative financing
MLS or REI experience
REsimpli, GoHighLevel, or Podio experience
Past acquisitions or dispositions experience
