WordPress Data Entry Assistant (Handball Matches – SportsPress)

I need a detail-oriented virtual assistant to enter about 2,000 handball matches into my WordPress website using the SportsPress plugin.

The data comes in two formats:
– Paper scoresheets as images (example attached)
– Excel files already structured for SportsPress

Your tasks:
– For image files:
– Read the match sheet (teams, date, venue, score, players, goals, cards, etc. – I will specify exactly what is needed)
– Create the match in SportsPress and fill in the required fields
– For Excel files:
– Use my existing Excel templates
– Clean/check the data
– Import or copy it into SportsPress matches
– Double-check that all scores, teams and dates are correct
– Follow my written SOPs and/or video walkthroughs for each step

Volume and time:
– Approx. 1,189 matches from images (about 7–8 minutes each)
– Approx. 789 matches from Excel (about 4–5 minutes each)
– Total estimated workload: around 200+ hours in total

Requirements:
– Good written English
– Experience with WordPress (SportsPress is a plus, but not required)
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets

This is a one-time project (gig). If the collaboration works well, there may be more seasons and data to enter later.
