We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Agent for our growing dropshipping store.
Responsibilities
– Daily management of all customer via Re:amaze
– Friendly, clear communication about shipping, returns, product info and order status
– Processing refunds and order updates within the same day
– Using the correct tags, templates and SOPs for consistent communication
– Reporting recurring issues to the Customer Service Manager
Requirements
– Experience with Re:amaze is required
– Strong written English
– Accurate, organised and able to work independently
– E-commerce or dropshipping experience is a plus
Training
– You will be trained and guided directly by our Customer Service Manager
Hours
– Flexible, depending on growth and ticket volume
– Daily availability is required so all messages and refunds are handled the same day
