Marketing & Social Media:

Position Overview:
We're looking for a creative, proactive, detail-oriented Marketing & Social Media Assistant to help streamline and scale our online presence. This role supports content scheduling, audience engagement, creative creation, lead nurturing, and overall optimization of our digital marketing systems. Must be tech-savvy, creative, and comfortable managing multiple platforms daily.

Social Media:
- Content Scheduling & Posting via Buffer
- Schedule carousels, reels, and video content in Buffer across: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube
- Create and post property ads on Facebook Marketplace then reply to and nurture incoming Marketplace leads via Messenger
- Lead Nurturing & Audience Engagement
- Follow, engage, react to stories, and find new followers
- Proactively engage with leads, followers, and new audience members to build authentic relationships on social media
- Respond to comments, DMs, and questions in a timely manner
- Actively comment, like, and follow relevant accounts to grow the brand's community
- Create social media graphics, templates, and marketing materials in Canva
- Post weekly BamX statistics from Skool on social media
- Set up ManyChat automations for specific posts and campaigns
- Tag all followers correctly inside ManyChat for segmentation

Marketing (Flodesk)
- Create monthly newsletter campaigns
- Assist in building and managing email sequences
- Update templates and maintain brand consistency

Automation & Optimization
- Identify new opportunities to improve current systems and increase efficiency
- Track engagement metrics and propose optimizations

Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with Buffer, Canva, Flodesk, and ManyChat (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Strong written communication and customer-service-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube best practices
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
- Creative eye for branding and aesthetics
- Real estate marketing experience is a plus, but not required
