This is NOT an entry-level position. Experience in funding, credit analysis, or financial services is required.

Key Responsibilities

Credit & Funding Analysis

    •    Evaluate credit profiles for credit mix, utilization, payment history, inquiries, and derogatory items.
    •    Identify red flags that may affect funding approvals.
    •    Log into Experian (and similar platforms) to pull reports, analyze data, and verify accuracy.

Application & Document Support
    •    Complete funding applications accurately for clients (personal and business).
    •    Help clients gather required documents (bank statements, ID, proof of income, EIN, LLC docs, etc.).
    •    Organize, upload, and manage documents in proper folders.
    •    Ensure all applications are completed with correct information and submitted on time.

Client Support & Communication
    •    Guide clients step-by-step through the funding process.
    •    Explain fundability criteria, required documents, and next steps.
    •    Communicate professionally through email, chat, or CRM.
    •    Provide updates and follow-ups as needed.

Contract & Compliance Tasks
    •    Draft, review, and send contracts for signature.
    •    Make sure all client agreements are completed before application submissions.
    •    Maintain accurate records of client approvals, denials, funded amounts, and timelines.

Internal Systems & Tools
    •    Use tracking spreadsheets or Google Sheets to log client status.
    •    Update CRM / project board daily for transparency.
    •    Work closely with the team to ensure each client moves through the funding pipeline.

Qualifications
    •    Experience in business funding, personal funding, underwriting support, or credit analysis.
    •    Strong understanding of Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax credit data.
    •    Ability to identify what makes a profile “fundable” vs “non-fundable.”
    •    Experience completing personal and business credit applications.
    •    Familiarity with credit terminology: utilization, tradelines, inquiries, credit mix, DTI, fundability factors, etc.
    •    Experience sending and managing contracts.
    •    Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
    •    Reliable internet connection and ability to work U.S. hours when required.

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)
    •    Experience with business funding programs.
    •    Experience using CRM systems.
    •    Knowledge of EIN credit, business credit building, and tier structures.
    •    Understanding of bank underwriting behavior and lending criteria.

Why Work With Us
    •    Opportunity to grow into a full-time role.
    •    Performance bonuses and commission for every client funded.
    •    Long-term position with a supportive and organized company.
    •    Clear expectations, training, and growth potential as the funding program expands.
