JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative strategy veteran — specifically for Meta ads — with hands-on experience developing winning image and video ad concepts for high-performing health & beauty e-commerce brands.

If you’ve built strong creative angles, guided teams, understood Meta performance data, and produced concepts that scaled profitably — this is for you.

About Us

We run multiple high-volume e-commerce stores and produce a constant flow of new Meta creatives. As we scale, we need a true creative strategist who knows how to develop concepts that drive conversions, based on real Meta performance insights.

This is a strategy role, not an editing or production role.

? This is NOT for:

Editors

Motion designers

Video cutters

People who only execute tasks without strategic ownership

Anyone without proven Meta creative results

Who We’re Looking For

You must have:

? Proven Creative Strategy Experience for Meta Ads

Experience developing concepts, angles, scripts, hooks, and ad structures specifically for Meta ads.

Strong track record creating winning creatives for health & beauty e-commerce brands doing real numbers.

Ability to analyze Meta ad performance (CTR, hold rate, thumbstop, hook performance, click behavior, CPC, CPA, etc.).

Understanding of what works on Meta right now: UGC formats, testimonials, problem-solution, authority angles, motion pacing, etc.

Copywriting experience for Meta hooks, ad scripts, and creative briefs.

Ability to guide editors and creators with clear, strategic direction.

People who only edit videos

People who only write copy without understanding performance

Beginners or people without real performance assets

Anyone who cannot show their past creatives + results

? Mindset & Responsibility

Takes ownership and thinks like a performance strategist.

Proactively analyzes creative performance and identifies patterns.

Works closely with media buyers to understand scaling and fatigue.

Gives clear creative direction (but does NOT edit).

Comes with proven frameworks, not guesswork.

Your Role

Develop weekly creative strategies for Meta (angles, hooks, scripts, briefs).

Analyze creative performance in dashboards/Ads Manager to inform new concepts.

Work with the media buying team to reverse-engineer why ads win or decline.

Guide editors, UGC creators, and designers with strong creative direction.

Share examples of Meta creatives you’ve strategically developed.
