E-Commerce Administrator (Shopify, Etsy)

Compensation: $2 per hour
Hours: Flexible (Part Time or Full Time Available)
Location: Remote

About the Role
We are a fast-growing K-POP merchandise brand specializing in custom doll-size pillows and life-size body pillows. We’re looking for a detail-oriented e-commerce assistant who understands K-POP culture and can help manage our Etsy and Shopify stores. This role focuses on product listing, store administration, and maintaining clean, consistent visuals using existing templates.

Responsibilities
Product & Store Management
Create and publish product listings on Etsy and Shopify
Write accurate product descriptions following brand guidelines
Add tags, variations, pricing, and proper categorization
Upload listing photos and apply existing templates
Keep inventories, orders, and product statuses updated
Maintain consistency across new releases and comeback drops
Content & Visuals
Prepare product listing images using existing templates
Make simple image updates or resizing as needed
Create basic static ad creatives (Meta/TikTok) if capable
What We’re Looking For
Experience listing products on Etsy and/or Shopify
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates
Understanding of K-POP aesthetics and trends
Fast, consistent output and reliable communication
Ability to manage multiple listings and organize store data

Bonus Skills
Basic design/editing ability
Mockup creation
Photo cleanup or retouching
Familiarity with Shopify/Etsy SEO best practices

Growth Opportunity
