About the Role
We manage multiple e-commerce brands across different niches — automotive, lifestyle, and consumer products — and we’re looking for a data-driven creative strategist who can handle everything related to social advertising.
You’ll be in charge of:
Ad creative development (videos, images, hooks, copy)
Campaign setup and optimization on Meta
Testing and scaling winning creatives
Landing page creation and optimization for conversions
Retargeting strategy (warm audiences, cart abandoners, UGC viewers, etc.)
Analyzing performance metrics and making adjustments to improve ROAS, CTR, and CPA
The goal is simple: launch high-converting campaigns that deliver profitable results.
Your Responsibilities
Develop high-impact video and image ads with strong hooks and CTAs
Write scroll-stopping copy aligned with brand tone and offers
Manage end-to-end campaigns on
Optimize targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies daily
Build retargeting flows and lookalike audiences
Create and manage landing pages or funnels (via Shopify, PageFly, or similar)
Deliver weekly reports on ad performance and insights
Continuously test new creatives, headlines, and audiences
Requirements
Proven experience running paid ads for e-commerce brands (not just boosting posts)
Mastery of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
Ability to design and edit short-form ad creatives (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, or similar)
Understanding of funnel stages, retargeting, and ad psychology
Experience with landing pages, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
Excellent English copywriting and communication skills
Must provide proof of results (ROAS, ad spend, screenshots, or case studies)
Trial Period
1–2 week paid trial to test performance and communication
If results are strong (ROAS, creative output, delivery speed), this will become a long-term role across all our brands and stores
