Video Editor for Meta Ads (Long-Term, Remote, Dropshipping)

???? About the Role

We’re looking for a video editor to join our remote creative team and help produce high-performing Meta ads and VSLs for eCommerce products (mainly dropshipping).

You’ll receive existing video materials, often in another language (e.g., Swedish), and will be responsible for:

- Translating and adapting them into English while keeping the emotion, pacing, and message intact

- Creating fresh new ads from available product content

- Matching or exceeding the level of quality you’ll see in the example ads we’ll share with you

This is a long-term position starting at 10–20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role within 3 months for top performers.

???? Your Responsibilities

Translate and recreate existing Meta ads from one language into another (mainly English)

Edit and produce new ads from raw footage, UGC, or existing content

Create scroll-stopping Meta creatives with strong hooks, pacing, and structure

Edit VSLs and other ad formats optimized for conversion

Work closely with the creative team and CEO to ensure brand consistency and quality

Follow internal processes and deadlines reliably

? What We’re Looking For

Proven experience editing Meta ads or VSLs for dropshipping or eCommerce brands (must-have)

Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and conversion-driven editing

Ability to translate and adapt ads between languages (English required — additional languages a plus)

Reliable, self-organized, and driven to deliver top-quality work

Comfortable working in a remote team with clear systems and feedback loops

Ambitious mindset — we’re not looking for people who do “just enough”
