Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable, fast, and detail-oriented Video Editor to support ongoing content production across social and digital platforms. This role is ideal for a Virtual Assistant with strong video editing skills who can work efficiently, follow brand direction, and deliver content on tight timelines.

You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, on-brand video content with a quick turnaround, primarily for short-form platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and social clips)

Cut, trim, and sequence raw footage into engaging final edits

Add captions, basic motion text, transitions, and light effects when needed

Ensure content aligns with brand style, pacing, and tone

Deliver edits within tight turnaround windows (same-day or next-day when required)

Organize and manage video files efficiently

Implement feedback quickly and accurately

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience editing short-form video content

Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and social media trends

Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality

Experience with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar

Comfortable adding captions, resizing formats, and exporting for multiple platforms

Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed working hours

Excellent communication and responsiveness

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience editing content for creators, brands, or agencies

Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts best practices

Basic understanding of branding and visual consistency

Working Style & Expectations

Fully remote role

Task-based workflow with clear deadlines

Consistent weekly hours (20 hrs/week)
