Paid Ads Specialist (Meta & Google) — Performance-Driven Only

I’m looking for an experienced, high-performing Paid Ads Specialist to manage and scale Meta and Google ad campaigns for my tax preparation and financial services company. This role requires someone who not only understands paid media — but knows how to generate consistent, profitable results.

If you’ve successfully run campaigns that produced real ROI, I want to hear from you.

What I’m Looking For:

- Proven experience running profitable Meta and Google ad campaigns
- Strong ability to optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions
- Familiarity with Go High Level automations and funnel workflows (strongly preferred)
- Optional (but a major plus): Experience running TikTok Ads and YouTube Ads
- Ability to manage campaigns from strategy ? execution ? optimization ? reporting
- A proactive communicator who can analyze results and make data-driven decisions
- Someone who takes ownership, hits goals, and consistently delivers results

- You’re new or entry-level
- You cannot show proof of successful campaigns
- You rely on theory instead of real execution and performance
