Customer Service Manager

I’m looking for a compassionate, people-focused team member to join me in supporting the beautiful mums inside ASD Mum Club and the wider Renee Speaking community.

You’ll be the friendly face behind our inbox and ConvertKit emails — helping members feel seen, supported, and cared for. This role suits someone who has a gentle nature, excellent communication skills, and strong technical experience with ConvertKit.

Your main tasks will include:

Writing and sending member and waitlist emails in ConvertKit (I’ll guide you on tone and topics).

Scheduling and checking automated email sequences.

Managing replies in the inbox with warmth and empathy.

Noting common member questions or feedback for me each week.

Helping create a smooth, calm, and supportive experience for every mum in the community.

You’re perfect for this role if you:

Have extensive ConvertKit experience (this is essential).

Are naturally kind, caring, and patient in your communication.

Write and speak fluent English with excellent grammar.

Enjoy connecting with people and building relationships.

Can work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.

Hours: Part-time (to start) — around 5–10 hours per week with room to grow.
Location: Remote / Work from home.
Rate: Based on experience.
