SMS Sales Concierge (GoHighLevel) — 3?Person Team | $3/hr Safety Net + $25/Booking Bonus

ABOUT THE COMPANY
U.S. multi?brand wedding photo + video studio. Fully remote. We currently sell 30+ weddings/month. This role exists to push that number much higher through fast SMS replies and disciplined follow?ups. Long?term job.

ROLE SUMMARY
Join a 3?person SMS Concierge Team that handles inbound leads by text inside GoHighLevel (GHL). No voice calls. You’ll qualify leads, nurture by SMS, and hand warm prospects to a U.S. closer for scheduled calls when needed.

COMPENSATION
• Per?booking bonus: $25 USD per tea ---------- mber on every wedding booked (team of three = $75 total per booking).
• Hourly safety net: $3 USD/hour, tracked with OnlineJobs.ph TimeProof. Most income comes from booking bonuses.
• Examples (bonuses only):
• 30 weddings/month ? $750/month per person (plus hourly rate)
• 40 weddings/month ? $1,000/month per person (plus hourly rate)

SCHEDULE
• Coverage: 8am–10pm, 7 days/week, in shifts.
• Each tea ---------- mber: 30–35 hours/week.
• Work from home.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Reply to new leads fast in GHL (speed?to?lead).
• Run structured SMS follow?ups using scripts.
• Follow up as needed.
• Book calendar calls only when needed and hand off with a clean summary.
• Keep notes, tags, and status accurate in GHL.

TOOLS
• GoHighLevel, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Slack for all communication, and a shared ChatGPT account for drafting responses.

YOU’RE A FIT IF YOU
• Type fast and write clear, natural U.S. English.
• Like a metrics/bonus environment.
• Are organized, follow checklists, and hit response?time SLAs.
• Have stable internet and a reliable computer.
• Nice?to?have: GHL experience, appointment?setting, hospitality/wedding background.
