CSR/ Dispatcher Role For Plumbing Company

Company: Your Guy Drainage (Vancouver, Canada)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM Pacific Time
Salary: $5–$10 USD/hr (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are a fast-growing drainage and trenchless water line company in Vancouver, Canada, looking for a confident, reliable, and organized Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team long-term. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, managing calls, schedules, and communication between our techs and clients.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and book jobs into our scheduling system

Manage and organize the daily schedule for our technicians

Monitor and reply to emails

Communicate with customers via SMS and other channels to keep them updated

Perform general admin tasks as needed

Requirements:

Fluent English (clear, confident phone voice is a must)

Must be willing to work 9AM–5PM Pacific Time (Vancouver)

Full-time only

Reliable internet connection

Backup power (generator or other solution)

Quality headset for calls

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized

Comfortable talking to customers and problem-solving on the fly

Compensation & Perks
