Paid Media Creative Designer
$1,500 Monthly

The Paid Media Creative Designer will support the Paid Media team by creating engaging and conversion-focused ad creatives for use across platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. This role blends creativity with performance—ideal for someone with graphic design skills who understands how visuals impact digital marketing results. The designer will collaborate closely with Paid Media Strategists and Analysts to bring campaigns to life through compelling imagery, AI-enhanced visuals, and design best practices that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

This role is ideal for a motivated designer who enjoys combining creativity with marketing performance. You’ll help shape the visual direction of paid media campaigns, experiment with AI and design tools, and collaborate with a data-driven team focused on driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
-Design ad creatives, social media graphics, and display assets for paid media campaigns.
-Translate campaign goals and messaging into visually compelling creative concepts.
-Utilize design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and AI-powered tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E) to generate and refine graphics.
-Create multiple ad variations for testing and optimization.
-Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts and platforms.
-Support occasional internal design needs such as presentation slides or branded templates.
-Keep up to date with current design trends, platform creative formats, and AI-driven tools.

Qualifications
-1–3 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in a marketing or agency setting).
-Strong design portfolio with examples of social media or digital ad creatives.
-Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
-Basic understanding of paid media or social media advertising.
-Familiarity with AI design tools and enthusiasm for using technology to improve creative workflows.
-Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple design projects.
-Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Not Required)
-Experience creating assets for Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, or Google Display campaigns.
-Basic motion design or video editing capabilities for short ad clips.
-Understanding of marketing KPIs and how creative impacts ad performance.
