We are hiring a Student Success Representative to join our growing team!
You’ll be the first friendly voice that nursing students hear when they reach out.
Your job is to:

Host Zoom or phone calls with potential and current students
Answer questions about NurseMegRN programs and pricing
Help guide students through the enrollment process
Use your personal coupon code or tracking link to record sales
Follow up with interested leads via email
Represent the brand with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
This position blends sales + support + relationship-building — ideal for a nurse or communicator who genuinely wants to help others succeed.

???? Key Responsibilities

? Conduct 1-on-1 or small-group Zoom calls with students
? Answer inquiries about courses, test prep, and payment options
? Follow up with leads via email
? Maintain accurate call notes and follow-up reminders
? Use CRM or Google Sheets for student tracking
? Communicate daily with the team through Slack


???? Qualifications
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong interpersonal & active-listening skills
Confident speaking on Zoom or phone calls
Sales-oriented but compassionate and student-focused
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
Stable internet connection (? 20 Mbps preferred) + backup power/internet
Background in healthcare

???? Compensation & Bonuses

Base Pay: $10/hour (based on attended calls – 4 calls per hour)
Per Call Rate: $2.50 per attended call
Sales Commission: $10 USD per confirmed enrollment using your code/link

Monthly Bonuses:
25 sales = $100 bonus
50 sales = $250 bonus
75 sales = $375 bonus

Paid weekly via PayPal or Payoneer
