We are hiring a motivated cold caller / appointment setter to contact full-service restaurants in Queens and Long Island, New York.
Your job is to make outbound calls to full-service restaurant owners and managers, introduce our hospitality technology solution, and book virtual OR in-person qualified demos/appointments for the sales executive.
You will not need to use a CRM — you’ll simply record results in an Excel sheet after each call. You will receive training documents, scripts and endless support.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to full-service restaurants.
Follow a simple script to introduce our POS/hospitality tech solution.
Identify the decision maker (Owner/General Manager).
Qualify the restaurant based on size, volume, and pain points.
Book demos/appointments for the sales executive.
Record all call outcomes in an Excel sheet daily.
Book demo's/appointments onto representative's calendar.
Meet weekly call and booking targets. (6-10 demos booked a week.)
Requirements:
* Strong English
* Confident speaking voice & great communication skills
* Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or call center
* Comfortable making 100–200 outbound calls per shift
* Stable internet connection + quiet working environment
* Able to follow scripts and take feedback
* Reliable, professional, and goal-driven
Experience calling U.S. restaurants is a big advantage.
Compensation:
- $5–$7 USD per hour, depending on experience
- $50 for every appointment/demo that results in a closed deal
- Tiered Commission: the more appointments you set that close will reward you cash bonuses.
- Bi-weekly payouts
Schedule:
Work EST/CST hours
Monday–Friday
20–40 hours per week (flexible)
