POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team. This role is very important — you will help new clients smoothly transition from sales to our Success Managers. You’ll meet with them on Zoom and onboard them, make sure their documents are complete, their accounts are set up, and everything is ready for them to succeed.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet with customers on Zoom to onboard them.
Verify client documents in Credit Repair Cloud (CRC)
Create client projects in Asana and assign them to the right Success Manager
Update and assign leads in Close CRM
Coordinate with clients to complete onboarding requirements (before and after the call)
Track client progress and report updates to the Success Manager team
Follow company SOPs to ensure all clients finish onboarding within the timeline
Cancel or adjust billing if onboarding is not completed on time


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Starting Salary: $700/mo (90-day probation) + $~250/mo commission
After 90-day probation: $800/mo + ~$250/mo commission
Quarterly bonus: $300/quarter
Salary Increase: $50/mo increase each year
10 paid vacation (PTO) days per year (after 90-day probation)
