Your Role:
This is a full-time, remote role for a DTC Marketing Operations professional. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day marketing operations, manage the end-to-end workflow of ad creative projects, and ensure exceptionally fast, efficient production. You will work closely with the creative team, founders, and partners.
You set the pace for the creative team. Editors, Designers, Strategists, and Media Buyers should work efficiently under your coordination so we consistently meet weekly and monthly targets.
You'll also manage all UGC talent. This includes coordinating product shipping and timelines to ensure content is ready before deadlines.
What success looks like:
Building the systems and owning the entire ad-creative workflow and processes so the creative team can scale both volume and quality—the key driver of brand growth.
Must-have requirements:
- 3+ years hands-on DTC marketing or e-commerce experience.
- Expert proficiency in project management.
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and committed to continuous learning and growth.
- Fluent English (spoken & written) with excellent communication skills.
