Podcast Audio & Video Editor (Ongoing – Remote)

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented editor to join our team. The role is simple: take raw podcast recordings (audio + video), sync and clean them up, and deliver a polished final MP4 ready for YouTube and Spotify.
What you’ll do:
• Join and sync raw audio/video files (40–60 mins per episode)
• Clean audio (enhance clarity/quality, remove background noise, smooth transitions, balance volume)
• Trim dead space or filler words
• Export and deliver final MP4
• Create short clips (30–90 seconds) for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts) if possible
You should have:
• Solid experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or another professional editing software
• Strong audio editing skills (Descript, Audition, or similar tools a plus)
• Eye for pacing and storytelling
• Reliable internet and fast turnaround (2–3 days per episode)
• Clear communication and attention to detail
