Goal: Generate leads and boost sales

We are looking for a creative Instagram Content Manager to produce daily high-performing Reels and carousels based only on viral hooks. Your focus is simple: create short-form content that attracts our target audience, brings in leads, and drives conversions for our digital offers.

Responsibilities:
• Create and post 1 Reel + 1 carousel daily
• Use viral hooks, trends, and high-retention formats
• Edit videos and create carousels that fit our brand style
• Write strong captions and CTA keywords that drive leads
• Track performance and suggest improvements
• Repurpose trending ideas into content that speaks to creator overwhelm, AI Twins, selling online, and consistency

Requirements:
• Experience creating viral short-form content
• Strong video editing + carousel creation skills
• Understands trends, hooks, and creator psychology
• Can deliver daily content consistently
• Bonus: familiar with AI tools/AI avatar content
