We are looking for a talented video editor specializing in short-form social media content (TikTok, Instagram Reels,
Your role: produce up to 10 short videos per day that are dynamic, engaging, and optimized for social media algorithms. The videos should follow a UGC-style (user-generated content) or other engaging formats, built around a direct-response marketing structure: hook – story – offer – call to action.
Fluency in English is essential. We provide all the necessary tools (AI, sound libraries, voice-over software, etc.) to make your work easier. The goal: create fast, create well, and have fun doing it.
Main Responsibilities
High-volume production: create up to 10 short videos (15–75 seconds) per day to promote e-commerce products.
UGC-style editing: craft videos that look natural, authentic, and organic—like they were made by real customers or influencers.
Conversion-oriented storytelling: structure each video with a clear marketing narrative—strong hook, problem, solution, product presentation, and call to action.
Subtitles and effects: add dynamic captions, text animations, and sound effects to keep viewers engaged.
Voice-overs: include voice-overs when needed (recorded or generated through AI tools like ElevenLabs).
Creative input: work with the team to suggest new content ideas, ad angles, and A/B test variations.
Consistency and deadlines: deliver a high volume of quality videos every day, on time, with professional execution.
Required Skills
Experience: proven background in video editing, ideally within e-commerce, dropshipping, or social media advertising.
Tools: excellent command of Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent software.
Marketing understanding: solid grasp of performance marketing and the online customer journey.
Technical skills: ability to integrate voice-overs, subtitles, text animations, and dynamic effects aligned with current social media trends.
Autonomy and discipline: organized, fast, and detail-oriented—you meet your goals without constant supervision.
Languages: professional English (written and spoken). Knowledge of French, Italian, or German is a plus.
Preferred Profile
Experience creating UGC-style content (influencers, customer reviews, testimonials).
Familiarity with popular e-commerce niches (beauty, wellness, gadgets, fashion, fitness, etc.).
Knowledge of AI tools for voice or content automation (e.g., ElevenLabs, Descript).
Understanding of marketing KPIs (CTR, ROAS, etc.) and ability to adjust creatives based on performance.
Experience in a content agency or fast-paced start-up environment.
