Outbound DM Instagram Setter

FitLab Coaching helps busy professional men in their 30s–50s build lean, athletic physiques through structured training, nutrition, and accountability. We’ve helped thousands of men transform their bodies and confidence, and we’re now expanding our DM team to keep up with our rapid growth.

The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, English-fluent appointment setter to handle outbound direct messages (DMs) on Instagram.
Your job is simple: start new conversations and re-engage existing leads. You’ll be connecting with new followers, old followers, and anyone who’s interacted with our page — helping us generate more calls and clients.

Responsibilities

- Send 300–400 outbound DMs per day using our proven messaging scripts
- Start 50–100 new conversations with new followers or target accounts
- Complete 200–300 follow-ups with previous leads each day
- Label and organise all messages properly in Meta Business Suite
- Communicate with our senior appointment setter on hot leads and updates
- Always connect to a London-based VPN (NordVPN) before logging in
- Track your daily performance data accurately

Working Hours

- Monday–Friday: Between 12pm–8pm UK time (flexible as long as KPI is hit)
- Sunday: 12pm–8pm UK time
- Saturday: Day off

KPI Targets

- 300 outbound messages per day (mix of new convos + follow-ups)
- Consistent engagement with the right Ideal Client Avatar (Men 30–55, UK/US/Canada/Europe)
- Maintain high accuracy in labelling, tracking, and communication

Requirements

- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Reliable and organised with strong time management
- Experience using Instagram / Meta Business Suite preferred
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Comfortable working during UK evening hours
- Fast internet connection and a stable laptop/phone setup
- (Bonus) Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or online fitness

Compensation & Growth

- $5 USD/hour
- 3 hours per day
- Performance-based bonuses
- Opportunity to move into a full-time Appointment Setter position (with higher pay and commissions) based on results
