Hazelton's Canada is seeking a full-time accounting clerk to join our team. Upon hiring, you will be trained by our Canadian staff to do order tagging, fraud checks, and process payments. This job will only last up until the end of Febuary only.

Responsibilities:
• You will need to check delivery dates chosen by customers and make judgement calls as to when orders should be shipped.
• You will have to check payments that have gone through (example: making sure corporate orders or electronic money transfers have gone through for your department to release the order for production).
• Investigate medium to high-risk orders that could possibly be fraudulent payments.
•
• Process chargebacks and refunds.
• Work with customer service and shipping staff regarding payment discrepancies.
Basic Requirements:
• You will provide your own laptop/PC
• Stable internet
Requirements:
• University / College Graduate
• Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English
• Fast learner
• Being punctual is a must. This is a time-sensitive role. You will need to be consistent with your time schedule.
• Excellent time management skills
• Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills
• Must pay great attention to detail and be observant to changes.
• Able to communicate and collaborate well with other tea
• Knowledge of e-commerce websites such as Shopify or Magento is a plus

• shift 7 a.m./8a.m. – 4 p.m.
• Monday to Friday
• Please note that any peak holidays seasons for us such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, the month of December, you are required to adjust your time to an earlier and longer shift.
