Social Media VA - TikTok/ Content Distribution (5-10 accounts once setup correctly)

We are hiring 3 Virtual Assistants to create and post short-form TikTok content across multiple accounts.

Your Tasks
• Create short TikTok videos (5–20 second clips) just taking videos from a certain niche and removing watermark the. Clipping it down to 5-20 second clip then also cropping it a little bit and adjusting it a bit (brightness,sharpen,contrast etc) so it does not get flagged for unoriginal content from tiktok as you are taking the video from there
• Add captions/subtitles using tiktok
• Write captions using our templates I will provide the scripts and hashtags to use
• Post 3 videos per day on 5 TikTok accounts
? (Total: 15 posts/day once fully set up)
• Leave engagement comments on niche viral posts
• Track views + engagement in Google Sheets

Requirements
Must have apple Iphone or apple device
• Good English (you must follow instructions + write clear captions)
• Experience with TikTok video editing (CapCut or similar)
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, ---------- & Telegram
• Can work 6 days/week, consistently

Pay
• $500/month
• Monthly performance bonus based on total views across your accounts
