Video Editor for Real Estate YouTube & Social Media Content

I’m looking for a committed video editor experienced with motion graphics, YouTube videos, and social media reels.
We create content about Real Estate, Tax, and Lifestyle in ENGLISH.
The ideal candidate should:

Edit videos in a clean, elegant, and engaging style (like Alex Hormozi, Ali Abdaal, or modern real estate channels).

Add dynamic motion graphics (text animations, maps, captions, etc.).

Understand pacing, storytelling, and retention.

Be available for long-term collaboration (1–2 videos per week).

Communicate clearly and deliver on time.

Optional but a plus:
Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
Basic knowledge of color correction and sound design.
