We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who is highly organized, detail-driven, and tech-savvy to help manage our daily media deliveries and Instagram realtor outreach.

• Matterport / CubiCasa / Zillow 3D (Home Tours)
• Google Sheets for tracking

Qualifications
• Experience with real-estate media or photo/video file management preferred
• Excellent English (communication & written)
• Reliable internet connection + own computer
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Comfortable communicating through Instagram DM & email
