Time Commitment:
Full time (Monday-Friday) during New York Time Zone (8am-5:30pm EST)

We're seeking an Agency Creative Production Manager (Editor in Chief / Copywriting exp req.) to lead project coordination, maintain creative standards, and keep our design and copy teams running smoothly. You'll oversee email campaigns, branding projects, and digital ads from concept to delivery while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Core Focus:
-Guide designers and copywriters while upholding creative standards and ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables
-Coordinate email marketing, branding, and ad campaigns from initial brief through final delivery
-Manage project workflows using ---------- , Asana, or Trello while leveraging Slack and AI automation tools
-Review all creative assets for brand alignment, quality control, and flawless execution
-Present concepts to clients, gather feedback, troubleshoot project risks, and keep deadlines intact

Qualifications & Preferences:
-5+ years in agency-side creative project management or similar production coordination role
-Strong understanding of design and copywriting principles with ability to provide constructive creative feedback
-Expert multitasker proficient in project management tools (Monday, Asana, Trello) and communication platforms (Slack, Teams)
-Tech-savvy and eager to implement AI solutions and automation tools to boost team efficiency
