We are a small family real estate office located outside of New York City. We are looking for a remote Marketing Coordinator to assist us in leveraging Canva to produce accurate marketing materials for our listings.
MARKETING:
Prepare applicable marketing material (flyers and brochures) via Canava for distribution
Blasting out marketing materials via Constant Contact
Updating website as needed
Social Media: Increase followers via all social media platforms and respond to any comments
Use Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva to develop and enhance marketing materials and presentations. Ensure they articulate a logical storyline, are visually appealing, and align with our brand
ADMINISTRATIVE:
Assist with various customer service requests and administrative tasks
Return and screen calls
REQUIREMENTS:
Have a keen eye for detail and offer suggestions to be at the top of our game
Reliable and responsive - Although this role will allow you do the work on your own time we will need to meet a few times a week on US hours align tasks. We expect this person to be on time for our meetings and turn over work with on the deadline given.
Strong proficiency using G-suite, Microsoft office, and Canva Pro

As part of this interview process, we will conduct a case study using Canva to whitness first hand your ability to leverage the software. We will also ask to see your skills in instagram and look to you to make suggestions to drive new followers.
