We’re looking for a high-performing Customer Service VA to join us part-time and help scale our customer satisfaction to the next level.
Right now, I’m handling all of the customer messages myself.
It’s time to bring on someone reliable, caring and sharp who can take ownership of the inbox and support our customers with excellence.

Your Role
- Handle customer inquiries through
- Provide warm, helpful and clear responses that build trust and satisfaction
- Process orders, returns and exchanges with accuracy
- Communicate closely with the team to resolve issues quickly and efficiently

Requirements
- 100% fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure

Your Growth in the Brand

Compensation
- Base Salary: $
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (remote)
- Hours: Currently 5 hours per week (around 7 hours per week as we approach Black Friday weekend)
