Position Overview
The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, generating and following up on leads, and assisting in closing deals. This role is perfect for someone who’s proactive, results-driven, and eager to grow within a company. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while contributing directly to revenue growth.

• Assist in creating and optimizing landing pages, social media content, and marketing materials
• Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement
• Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, collect information, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle backend administrative tasks such as updating CRM, sending invoices, and organizing job files
• Collaborate with the owner and team to develop sales strategies and improve processes
• Provide general support to ensure projects and daily operations run efficiently
Qualifications
• Proven experience in marketing, sales support, or customer service (preferred in construction or home services)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, and communication tools (Google Workspace, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
