Compliance Officer – UK Financial Services (Remote, Full-Time)

We’re a UK-based financial advisory group looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our remote team. You’ll be working closely with our network of advisers to ensure our business stays fully aligned with FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) regulations and internal compliance standards.

Your Main Responsibilities
Communicate with advisers via email and Zoom / Google Meet.
Conduct file reviews to ensure quality and compliance with FCA rules.
Check and approve marketing materials before publication.
Support and coordinate annual adviser assessments.
Help maintain and update compliance manuals and training materials.
Track adviser activity and follow up on missing or overdue compliance actions.

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Previous experience in compliance, auditing, or financial services is strongly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Comfortable using spreadsheets, documents, and online communication tools.
Reliable internet connection and professional home setup for video calls.

Nice to Have
Knowledge of FCA, UK insurance, or mortgage compliance processes.
Experience working with UK-based firms or regulated industries.
