Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:45 PM Eastern Time
Break: 1-hour lunch (1–2 PM ET)
Holidays: US National Holidays Off
Hours: 34 hours per week

About the Role

We are a growing U.S. insurance agency looking for Remote Pre-Qualifiers / Fronters to call Medicare leads, ask simple qualifying questions, and warm transfer qualified callers to our licensed closers. This is a live call transfer role — not sales and not appointment setting.

You will use our dialer, follow a script, and pass qualified calls to our advisors.

Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls using our dialer
• Follow provided script and qualification checklist
• Confirm eligibility and interest
• Warm transfer qualified prospects to closers
• Properly tag and note each call in the CRM
• Meet daily qualified transfer goals
• Maintain professional phone etiquette

Requirements
• Strong spoken English
• Clear, confident phone voice
• Call center / telemarketing experience preferred
• Comfortable following scripts
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Quiet workspace
• Good computer skills
• USB headset required
• Able to work U.S. Eastern Time schedule

Preferred (Not Required)
• Live transfer or lead qualification experience
• Insurance or Medicare campaign experience
• Dialer/CRM experience

Pay
• $5/hour base pay
• Bonus per qualified live transfer
• Performance bonuses available
• Typical weekly pay: $200–$250+ based on results
