Excel VBA Automation Expert

We are looking for an experienced Excel VBA automation expert who can create a custom automation system to extract data from third party software into Excel automatically.

The main task involves automating the process of collecting property data from a third party tool (for example, Land ID) and exporting it directly into Excel. When a user clicks on a property inside the software, all property details — such as owner name, address, acreage, APN number, county, and other information — should automatically populate and be saved into Excel without manual entry.

Responsibilities:

Develop VBA macros or scripts that extract and transfer data from the software into Excel.

Automate the process so data is captured with a single click or minimal user action.

Format the data properly in Excel (organized columns, headers, etc.).

Test and troubleshoot automation to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Optimize performance for speed and simplicity of use.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Excel VBA and Macros (advanced level).

Strong understanding of web data extraction or desktop software automation using VBA.

Ability to write clean, efficient, and reusable VBA code.

Attention to detail and accuracy in transferring data.

Previous experience automating repetitive Excel tasks or data entry is highly preferred.
