We’re looking for a creative and reliable Thumbnail Designer to craft cinematic, high-CTR thumbnails for our faceless YouTube news and documentary channels.?Your designs will define the first impression and your visuals must instantly capture curiosity, emotion, and storytelling.
Our channels combine calm narration, factual storytelling, and cinematic imagery, so we need a designer who understands how light, contrast, and composition turn a scroll into a click.

Responsibilities:
* Design professional, eye-catching thumbnails for longform YouTube videos.
* Follow our established visual style guidelines
* Work with provided reference images or AI-generated assets
* Add text elements using clean, bold, and readable YouTube typography.
* Deliver on time and be open to quick revisions when needed.

Requirements:
* Strong portfolio showcasing YouTube thumbnails or cinematic visual work.
* Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Figma, Canva Pro, or Photopea.
* Understanding of YouTube CTR psychology and visual hierarchy.
* Excellent sense of color, light, and depth composition.
* Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines.
* Experience with AI image tools.
