What You’ll Do

Sales & Outreach

Connect with potential leads via DM and community engagement

Build rapport and set qualified calls

Record short Loom video pitches

Book meetings for the founder

Social & Content Creation

Script and edit short-form videos

Write captions and repurpose content

Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook accounts

Create slides and visuals for workshops or events

Admin & Coordination

Manage CRM and pipeline

Organize calendars, schedules, and tasks

Support virtual event prep and documentation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (any field — recent grads welcome)

Excellent English communication skills

Daily user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.)

Comfortable with video editing and social posting

Organized, reliable, and self-motivated

Available 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Compensation

???? $5/hr – Part-time (24 hrs/week)
???? + Commission % on any revenue generated

Key Responsibilities

Send Loom video pitches to potential clients

Manage CRM and update lead data

Script, edit, and post short-form content

Design slides and visuals for virtual events or workshops

Assist with scheduling and coordination

Ideal Candidate

College graduate (recent grads encouraged!)

Excellent written and spoken English

Uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion, Canva, etc.) regularly

Skilled in Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

Available 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Compensation

???? Choose your setup:

$3/hr full-time (40 hrs/week)

$5/hr part-time (24 hrs/week)
???? Both include a commission % on any revenue you help generate

This is a long-term role with potential growth into marketing, sales leadership, or operations.
