AI Sales & Marketing Assistant (Full-Time, $3/hr + Bonuses)

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and creative AI Sales & Marketing Assistant to help expand our digital presence and sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
Sales (Primary)
Message and nurture potential leads through LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Build relationships in online communities and schedule qualified discovery calls
Send personalized Loom video pitches
Book calls for the founder to close

Social & Content
Script, edit, and post short-form videos (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Manage engagement and analytics
Design PowerPoints, workshop slides, and event materials

Admin & Systems
Manage CRM and lead tracking
Organize schedules, events, and digital assets
Prepare branded materials and track performance

Requirements
4-year college degree (recent graduates encouraged!)
Fluent English speaker and writer
Uses AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva Magic Write, etc.)
Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Strong attention to detail and time management

Must be available 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Compensation

???? $3/hr – Full-time (40 hrs/week)
???? + Commission % on any revenue generated

This is a long-term position with the opportunity to grow into a marketing or operations management role.
