Time Commitment:
Full time (Monday-Friday) during New York Time Zone (8am-5:30pm EST)

We're seeking a creative Marketing Manager/Assistant to lead campaign strategy across our portfolio of 4 companies and 22+ clients. You'll design integrated campaigns that drive real conversions, not just impressions.

Core Focus:
- Develop creative, integrated marketing campaigns that function as complete systems (social/ads/email/newsletters) focused on driving sales and qualified leads
- Analyze performance data to generate innovative test ideas and campaign concepts, coordinating with our content team who create 1000+ assets monthly
- Design conversion-focused funnels and customer journeys that move prospects through awareness to purchase
- Track campaign performance focusing on meaningful metrics (revenue, qualified calls, conversions) rather than vanity metrics
- Manage full-circle marketing strategy execution (with help) covering email/social media/ads/newsletter/website strategy, posting schedules, and community engagement across multiple brands

Qualifications & Preferences:
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, or growth marketing with proven creative campaign development
- Strong analytical skills with experience building integrated marketing systems that drive conversions
- Experience with marketing automation, email platforms, social media tools, and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of AI tools and automation solutions to enhance campaign efficiency
