Full-Time YouTube Video Editor – Cinematic Mindset, Finance & Real-Estate Channel (RealMindsetX)

We’re building RealMindsetX, a global YouTube brand based in Dubai that teaches mindset, financial freedom, digital business, and real estate investing.

Our goal: produce world-class cinematic hybrid videos that inspire, teach, and motivate—comparable to MotivationHub or Be Inspired—but with original scripts, licensed assets, and a Dubai wealth aesthetic.

We’re looking for a long-term, full-time video editor who can deliver consistent, premium-quality content every week.

Responsibilities

Edit 3 long-form videos per week (10–12 min, 1080p, 24 fps)

Create 20 short-form videos per week (45–60 sec, 9:16 vertical) for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok

Design 3 thumbnails per week following our cinematic brand style

Sync professional or AI voiceovers with cinematic b-roll and background music

Add clean captions and text overlays (frameworks like Plan ? Perform ? Proof)

Color-grade, balance audio, and apply motion graphics where needed

Deliver all exports through Google Drive using our organized folder system

Fonts: Montserrat Bold + Inter Regular

Output: 1080p 24 fps (Horizontal) + 1080×1920 (Vertical)

Position Type: Full-Time (40 hrs / week)

Schedule: Flexible hours (we work on Dubai time)

Payment: Monthly - Potential to more jobs
