Position: Sales & Production Assistant (Full-Time – Long-Term)

We are growing fast and we need sales representative can manage reading emails, chatting with customers, preparing designs, creating quotes, and managing production. We need a reliable, fast-learning assistant to join and support him directly.

Your main responsibilities
• Communicate with customers through email, WhatsApp, chat box and many other sources our customers reach out to us.
• Use our ---------- / DecoNetwork system to create price quotes, apply discounts, and manage orders easily.
• Prepare product mockups and layouts using Canva for pre-printing process
• Send finalized designs to our DTF printing partner for production - via email.
• Use our embroidery pricing tool to prepare invoices and send logo files to digitizers via email.
• Coordinate between sales, production, and clients to ensure smooth order flow - without errors.
• Learn our full workflow A–Z and work side-by-side with our senior sales rep
• Handle both customer service and sales follow-ups to close deals

• Someone with excellent English communication skills — clear, kind, and professional
• A person with humor, patience, and genuine customer care
• Fast learner — able to understand our entire DecoNetwork + production system
• Sales-oriented mindset (you will learn how to sell, not just answer questions)
• Tech-friendly (comfortable using online tools, Canva, and chat systems)
• Trustworthy and consistent — no drama, no excuses
• 10-hour minimum daily availability (flexible but reliable schedule)
• Ambitious and wants to grow the business, not just complete tasks

Bonus & Growth
• We plan to give up to 1% bonus from gross sales as performance reward - for successful sales. on the top of hourly salary,
