Medical Assistant or Nurse

I have a medical micro practice. My EMR is Elation and I use an AI scribe called Heidi.

I am looking for someone to help me with virtual office work. Chart prep, billing (I am a cash pay practice, no insurance), occasional prior authorisations.

I do not need too much help with patient communication as my area is very specialised and my patients expect a personal reply fro ---------- .

Ideally I would love candidates who have worked with Elation EMR before and know the system.

I also have Flodesk and an Instagram account that could be worked on for extra time but this is not a necessity.
