Customer Service & Cold Calling Specialist – Air Duct Cleaning

We are a small and established Air Duct Cleaning Company based in Fairfax, VA (USA), seeking a reliable and experienced Cold Caller / Appointment Setter / Customer Support Representative and follow-up emails to join us.

- Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to residential and commercial leads and old customers in the U.S.
Set appointments and cold calling.
Manage incoming calls, texts, and emails from clients.
Maintain accurate call logs and schedules in our CRM system.
Deliver excellent customer service and follow up with potential customers.

- Requirements
Great and experienced seller.
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (preferably for U.S. clients).
Excellent spoken and written English.
Quiet workspace and stable internet connection.
Ability to work U.S. business hours (EST).
Strong communication and sales skills.
Reliable, consistent, and self-motivated.
