Customer Support VA

We’re looking for a highly experienced Customer Support VA to join our fast-growing e-commerce team. This role is for someone who already knows how to handle customer service operations without needing to be trained from scratch.

Requirements:
? Proven experience handling e-commerce customer support (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, or similar)
? Must be comfortable using Gmail, Shopify Inbox, Zendesk, or Gorgias
? Strong written English — clear, friendly, and professional tone
? Able to handle refunds, order tracking, and customer complaints independently
? Must require little to no training and be ready to start immediately
? Reliable internet and consistent availability

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer emails and messages in a timely, helpful manner
Resolve shipping, return, and product inquiries
Maintain polite and on-brand communication tone
Report recurring customer issues to the team
Manage and organize daily customer support tasks efficiently

Ideal Candidate:
You’ve done this before. You already know what great customer service looks like in an e-commerce environment. You’re self-sufficient, professional, and can represent our brand with excellence — no hand-holding required.
