We are seeking a Virtual Assistant (Lead Enrollment Specialist) who is passionate about education and enjoys speaking with parents who are eager to see their children excel in the SAT exam and enroll in college.

Your Role
As our Lead Enrollment Specialist, you will:
• Contact parents & organizations who are interested in our program.
• Explain our tutoring programs clearly and confidently via phone, text, and email. No worries, you will be well-trained before commencing your new role.
• Schedule consultation calls with parents and organizations interested in our program.
• Help parents choose the right courses and complete enrollment.
• Send our admin the list of students to be scheduled for their first tutoring session.
• Keep detailed notes and track leads in Google Sheets or a CRM system
• Provide professional and caring communication that builds trust with families
• Support light admin tasks such as follow-up messages and class reminders.
