Marketing Assistant - AI Automation Startup (Meta Ads + Content + Video)

About HelloAI:
We’re a growing AI automation company helping local service businesses automate customer service and appointment scheduling. We need someone to help build our marketing presence from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
Meta Ads & Funnels (40%)
• Help create and manage Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
• Build simple sales funnels in GoHighLevel
• Monitor ad performance and report results
• Test different ad copy and images
Video & Content (40%)
• Edit short videos (30-60 seconds) from our AI demo recordings
• Create Reels and social media posts
• Schedule content across platforms
• Design basic graphics for ads and posts
Marketing Support (20%)
• Maintain content calendar
• Set up basic automations in GoHighLevel
• Organize marketing assets
• Help with client testimonial content
Required Skills:
• 1+ years experience with Facebook Ads Manager
• Video editing (CapCut or similar - doesn’t need to be advanced)
• Basic funnel/landing page building
• Social media content creation
• Good written English for ad copy
Nice to Have:
• GoHighLevel experience (we can teach you)
• Experience with B2B or local service businesses
• Basic graphic design skills
